Coaching for Good

Start a chapter

Bring mentorship to your community.

You bring the volunteers and the space. We bring the training, curriculum, and support. Most chapters run their first session within eight weeks.

The mission you'd be carrying

Chapters exist to give children consistent coaching in the sports and activities we love — and to give high school students real responsibility. Every chapter welcomes any child regardless of skill, is led by students rather than adults, and keeps classes free, and donates 100% of what it raises to the cause it supports.

Requirements

A student founder in grade 9–12, at least 1 committed volunteer coach, a safe space to meet weekly (gym, field, library, or classroom), and an adult point of contact for logistics.

Your responsibilities

Recruit and schedule volunteers, run at least one program season, keep attendance and impact records, communicate with families, and check in quarterly with the principal team.

Training you receive

Volunteer onboarding, child-safety guidelines, session planning workshops, coaching fundamentals for each program, and one-to-one mentoring from an existing chapter director.

Resources provided

Session plan templates, program curricula for sports, chess, and debate, branded materials, a chapter page on this website, fundraising guidance, and an equipment starter stipend where needed.

Questions
